They come from all over the world: Algeria, Brazil, Guadeloupe, Spain, Paris and Grenoble… and they play reggae faster than their own shadow. For their 2013 concert, they needed a poster. More than a poster, a visual identity.
So, were we going to use the classical codes and clichés of reggae music? A green, yellow and red poster? Why not a cannabis leaf on top of that?
we can do much better: the Lion of Judah (a symbol linked to the Rastafarian identity), yellow for the Ethiopian flag and several elements echoing each musician’s origins: the pigeon for Paris, the edelweiss for Grenoble, the palm tree for Guadeloupe, the fan for Spain and the moucharaby pattern for Algeria.
